All information made available from within this Website is provided “as is” for information purposes only and without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to, any warranties as to non-infringement, satisfactory quality for a particular purpose. BESTIE THAI COSTUME, may make changes to the content of this Website at any time without prior notice.

Processing
Processing could take anything from 5 to 7 business days. We aim to get all orders fulfilled as soon as possible.

Shipping
International shipping costs varies and shipping costs are displayed once your location has been selected during checkout. Items will be shipped out once your order is fulfilled and you will receive a tracking #. 

Duties and Taxes
All taxes, duties, and customs fees are the responsibility of the customer. Your item(s) may be subject to taxes, customs duties, and fees, which are determined by your country’s customs authority. These charges are not included in our product prices or shipping fees and may be collected upon delivery. Customs policies vary by country; please check with your local customs office for more information. If a shipment is refused due to unpaid duties or taxes, any return shipping or additional fees will be deducted from the refund. We aim to make the process as smooth as possible, but we cannot control or predict customs-related charges or delays.

Invalid Addresses
Kindly ensure that the address stated during checkout is valid. It is your duty to ensure the correct address is stated during checkout process and that there is someone to accept the package. We will not be responsible for any packages that get sent back due to invalid addresses or when there is no one to accept the package. You are responsible for any processing and reshipping costs. 

Returns
Your customer experience is very important to us and we strive to make your online shopping trip as enjoyable as possible. We have been in business for more than two decades and in the time that we have been around, we had but 1 return.

In the very unlikely event that you are still unhappy with your order and would like to to raise an inquiry, please contact us and we will work out a solution for you.

We will only entertain an inquiry if WE made a mistake when sending your order (i.e. we sent a different style or size than what you actually ordered). If you made a mistake in ordering the wrong size, color, design or have buyer’s remorse, we apologize in advance that we will not be able to accept your inquiry.

If you are shipping back the product, you will be doing it at your own cost and we will only refund the cost of the product to you. The package must be shipped to our returns warehouse in Thailand, with tracking by a common courier.

To initiate a return, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Returned items must be postmarked within 7 days to qualify for a refund and must be new, unused, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.

Once we receive the product, we will check for damages after which the cost of the costume will be refunded. Any duties, taxes, customs fees incurred are non refundable.
